Hello, we are searching for a dedicated and hardworking assistant to assist in filing, managing, submitting, and following up on a variety of permanent residence, temporary residence, and other immigration applications.
Our organization is a team strives to improve the lives of many through our work assisting our clients in their interactions with the Canadian immigration system. We are self-proclaimed intrapreneurs, dedicated, and incredibly agile.
You must be detail-oriented, patient, and have a willingness to learn and grow with the organization.
Other requirements: - fluency in English, Cantonese and/or Mandarin - talented in document and file management - working knowledge of computer systems and applications such as Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and other softwares - preference for post-secondary achievement - excellent communicator and ability to handle a multitude of responsibilities at once - conflict resolution experience and client relations background is an asset - ability to learn and understand new systems accurately and efficiently
