Shunfeng Village, located at Unit 1425-4380 No. 3 Rd, Richmond, V6X 3V7 is looking for a Human Resource Manager (NOC 0112) to join our team. Because of the epidemic, restaurant business is very unsatisfactory, we need a talented manager to lead the whole company back on track and find a new way out. As a Human Resource Manager, you will performance the following duties:
- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of human resources or personnel departments including full-time and part-time staffs.
- Plan human resource requirements in conjunction with other departmental managers
- Co-ordinate internal and external training and recruitment activities
- Develop and implement labour relations policies and procedures and negotiate collective agreements
- Administer employee development, language training and health and safety programs
- Organize and conduct employee information meetings on employment policy, benefits and compensation and participate actively on various joint committees

Job Qualification:
Completion of a college or other program related to business or management is usually required.
Several years of experience in human resource management sector, including supervisory experience, are required.
